Back in the days of my youth, a movie's original soundtrack (OST) was kind of a big deal - at least, bigger than it feels like it is these days. Studios would recruit big-time artists to create songs for/about the film, and if the film actually had a musician acting in it? Guarantee they're doing a song too.
While some of these soundtracks produced timeless classics like Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" for 'Titanic,' others like this LL Cool J track from 'Deep Blue Sea,' were memorable for all the wrong reasons.
